“I really like the information content of the courses, my only suggestion for improvement would be they are available for longer than 12 months so you can go back and review the material as a refresher”

“Have a very good opinion of Oplex, courses are a lot more professional than others. The only gripe I have is that their courses are not proof read, as there have been times when question have not been written or duplicated on the end quiz”

“I have completed 3 courses with Oplex careers and it always has been an enjoyable experience. Things are generally well organised and contact (if needed) is never a problem. Relating to the Child Sexual Exploitation Awareness course I have just completed, some observations would include: Interesting subject area but I believe the notes and information could be more academic and less repetitive. Also (as with other courses) the end of course exam questions need extra checking (i.e. Q19 Paying for sex with a child is punishable by up to 21 years imprisonment). my answer was false as aided by my notes (Module 4 - slide 17) the offence can receive up to 14 years imprisonment., but in the exam it was deemed to be true. Several other questions were also ambiguous leading to guessing rather that your research (i.e. using the word always). Maybe this is too much feedback (disregard it if it is) but I will willingly purchase another Oplex careers course. Regards Richard”

“The courses are really straight forward to book from the user friendly website. Once the course is completed the certificate is sent to you as a off and ordering a hard copy is also very straight forward. I spoke one of the staff members on phone and he was very friendly and helpful.”

“I absolutely loved the course, it was so interesting and indepth that once I'd finished a module i couldn't wait to do the next one. I instantly bought another course when i finished the aromatherapy course. The certificate came through as promised 2 days after completion of the final exam. Thank you so much for developing fantastic courses.”
