“Very quick and efficient service from delivery of materials to posting of certificate. Easy to understand content,however, there were a frw spelling mistakes and wrong delivery of macro and micro.”

“Contained useful references to Ofsted criteria and relevant research. However the information slides need a thorough editing:there were typos, references to material not available e.g. see table below (there wasn't one) and the use of bullet points in some instances causes confusion. Final questions were difficult to understand as they were all written in negatives and some did not make sense. Course content was useful but I recommend Oplex Careers employs a proof reader before publishing these courses.”

“Oplex carrers can provide lots of materials and they also many discounted interesting courses. I'm currently taking three courses,all the courses all well organized. The only problem is that is difficult reaching the tutors.”

“I have just finished 2 courses which I found very informative, it's good that you get your results straight away. “Very good all round courses, only problem I have is when you pay £9.99 for your certificates they don't send out the subjects you have completed as evidence although they do state that they do this. I have asked for them to be posted out but not got an answer back.”

“The course was written in terrible english. It seemed as though words were being added into sentences just to make them longer instead of making them easy to read or understand. There were also spelling mistakes and words missing. This makes the whole course seem a bit worthless. The content was very basic, with only 40% needed to pass and most of the questions based on common sense, most people could pass this without reading any of the content.”
