“I purchased the Level 4 Advanced Office Management course and am only able to access module 1. Nothing in any of the description said it was only 1 module, yet despite me sending several requests for help on how to access all modules so I can complete the course, I have never had a response. I am in the process of taking this to Trading Standsrds if it is not rectified with urgency.”

Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback. I can see the issue regarding the module has been resolved. You can log back into your account to start accessing module 2 on wards. Take care. Oplex Careers.

“I am a teaching assistant and have completed several courses to improve my learning, then last July I was diagnosed with cancer and have been off work since became very bored and I started on your courses again to keep the mind active. Have enjoyed all the courses so far and am now in remission and looking to start back to work after easter”
