“Good content , easily accessible the only drawback I encountered was there wasn't an option to print the slides on each module ? If this was available a 5*would be given.”

“I completed a Level 3 First Aid Course that is CPD certified. The course was in the main part clear but could do with editing in several areas to improve the course with respect to the standard of English and I do question the accuracy and to up to dateness of the information given. I am being kind rating it 3 stars.”

“I really enjoyed the course. It was easy to do and the fact that it was quick made it even better. You didn't get board doing this course because of how quickly it was. However, I didn't like the fact you couldn't go back and improve your mark when you realised you had made an incorrect answer afterwards. That is the only downfall to the course. You had to fail in order to resit the exam at the end. Otherwise, price wise great value, it was quick and easy to use and the variety of courses was varied. Great website, would use again and again and would certainly recommend.”

“I bought other courses before, so by comparison, the current TEFL bundle I started yesterday disappointed. The Powerpoint screen display in bolder characters made reading easier, but having to go through 60 shots at one sitting (as per unit) seemed a bit lengthy. I did not take notes, expecting to see another version (.pdf or even printable) later for personal revision. The "Notes" field or pull-down menu was empty. If we were to make notes there, we lose the thread of reading, and the disappointment deepens since there is no way we can retreive our notes as printed matter for example. More disappointing, you can't go over a lesson you've only completed reading; you are only urged to continue : "go to next lesson". How do we revise -bearing in mind there's a final gradind test at the end -for a cert? Simple reading over does not mean "knowing" what' being thought. Now whether you offer level 2, level 3 and level 4 or Foundation, Professional and Master's TEFL, as a bundle for a lower fee or price, it is again disappointing not to be aware of that from start: I bought Foundation only first, before discovering weeks later the bundle with Professional added. It 's only now, more than a month later that you are adding the Master, discovered after starting the Foundation -too late! I 'll have to buy the Master's alone later, after completing the first two I'm in possesion of at present.”

“After relocating to another county and unemployed for now this Oplex course has helped me to continue my professional development, in my own time under my own esteem for which I am grateful because I have restricted hours to learn. Not only that, I am very bad at taking exams without breaking down through nerves. I feel if I work on courses this way, this might give me the confidence to aim for a higher education qualification. Oplex is a great set-up; Excellent communications via emails to ensure continuity. The SEN course that I participated was very well presented and clearly defined. Great to have the little test pieces at the end although I have been caught out by NOT reading the question properly! ( This is a big lesson to me), Finally, I was very impressed with the express delivery of my certificate at the end of the course. Thank you, Kind regards Nicola Butcher”
