“The company is very good but when on the website it advertises you can buy a certificate & transcript of the course for £9.99 they email back to say the transcript will cost an other £9.99 but is advertise at £7.99, not very happy”

Hello Mary, Thanks for leaving a review. The hard copy transcript and hard copy certificate are advertised as separate products on our website. They are £9.99 each. “Very disappointed with the dog grooming course. Very poor, extremely slow moving slides with very basic content. Every click takes too long to move forwards and this is very frustrating. I have given up after three modules. Very unprofessional slides with spelling mistakes and errors. I expected a lot more, even for such a cheap reduced price.”

“i have completed a couple of courses with Oplex. They are Excellent courses, well thought out and easy to understand. I also like the Fact that you can study at a pace that suites you, just wish they was around when i was much Younger., None the less, excellent courses, worth the money thats for sure.”

“Dear Oplex I am thoroughly disappointed in the BSL course level 3. I expected a live person in video format to show me the signs. It is very difficult for a complete novice to learn in this way. Not very helpful at all but I plan to complete the course of course!
