“I am very disappointed and would like a refund. This site is no good to me as cannot gain access and u do no seem inclined to solve that so refund me and stop wasting my time.”

“I ordered a GCSE Maths past papers course for 12:95 reduced from 90 pounds which was simple. When I opened the course it appears there are just a few past papers and answer sheets. I wrote to Oplex asking if I had not received the correct package but heard no more so I called them. The gentleman was very polite but I am still waiting to hear from them. Dissapointed customer.”

“I purchased my certificate hard copy. It said it would ship in 3 days. I have only received my confirmation of purchase on the date I purchased it. The money has been taken out of my account but I have not heard anything else about my order.”

“I sent an email asking a question about what i am actually now qualified as but i have been ignored . The course its self was good and i enjoyed doing it but the customer services obviously needs an update.”

“Today I got my teaching assistant level 2 certificate ...this was my 1st experience to study online ...almost good ,every thing was ok ...but I am not satisfy by done this...during syllabus I was thinking doning as kids lesson ...whatever I complete this not sure will valid or not I am still confuse to buy 3 level or not not sure It will be useful for becoming teacher assistant or not if any one know please tell me thanks oplex to you I think so good time passing”

“My first customer contact was with the person who took my call. The experience was most unpleasant and though after making a complaint the matter was satisfactorily resolved it is highly unlikely that I will use Oplex or any associated institutions again.”
