“I got some issues to log in into my account and wrote un email to your office. Since I did it, I have not received any answer yet. I think you have to improve your customer service.”

“The level 5 teaching assistant course was easy to understand and work through. It has given me an enormous amount of knowledge and understanding about that roles and responsibilities of being a teaching assistant. The course covered many different areas in depth and the customer service was amazing when I struggled at first to navigate the learning portal.”

“So far so good. Amazing prices for great courses. I took advantage and purchased a few. The fact they were so cheap will now help me to gain qualifications I need and from home as a single parent for the career I've always wanted. Thank you. Customer service are also quick to respond.”
