“Money laundering course. It was cheap, so I was not expecting much, but I did expect better than course material that read as if it had been written in a foreign language and then translated using a computer program. At times I could not understand what was being presented. Also the system (not my pc) crashed on me so I could not access the course at all and Oplex refused to refund my money.”

“I loved doing my mental health course as I could learn at home as I have no time for going out to college etc. Also there was no real time limit I could fit learning in when was best for me. I passed and feel proud of myself at age 50 . I will be looking at other courses what benefit my job.”

“The course was very thorough and informative. I did get distracted by the number of errors though - spelling, grammar, punctuation and formatting errors. For a professional course I would expect the text to be proof read. Maybe I'm being over picky, it doesn't detract from the learning experience and doesn't hinder learning.”

“Most of the modules were very informative. The format is good and the end of module test helpful. Some of the spelling, punctuation & grammar need to be corrected. There is duplication of parts of some slides.”

“I did a health and social care course, I completed within a week and can now apply for care jobs. Overall very happy, yet I did spot a couple of spelling errors in the course notes?! Very easy, not particularly challenging, passed with 100%?! Would recommend to add to the cv. I've now taken out 3 more courses.”

“The 'course' imparted almost no useful information, but consisted of generic statements - such as 'poor communication is an example of poor customer service'. It was sold as an 80 hour course, with tutorial support. A friend who is profoundly dislexic completed it in only four hours. Very poor value for money and Reed should not allow this to be sold under their name.”
