“i bought a course called Tax Accounting Course through Reed.com, thinking it was a video lectures on the 13th March 2019 reduced from £299 to £19 pounds, sounds very good. however when i received my login details from Oplex, find out that this course is text and absolutely rubbish, i asked on the same day for refund, told by Oplex i will need to call Reed, called Reed and told me still within the 14 days i should get a refund. today this is what i got We have received the below dispute to your refund request from your course provider. Dispute reason: We are unable to refund this as you have accessed your student account in accordance to our terms and conditions. it seems that Oplex disparate to keep my money for something i am not going to even login again to their site. so be careful on what you buy and deal with such companies. Mohammed Alsharif”
