“I like the course but there is something wrong with your log in system as its made me change the password frequent times but each time I do it, it will still not let me log in and says its the wrong password. So I can't access what I have paid for now.”

“Like the fact I can do it at own speed, with no weekly deadlines. I’m half way through a 70 hour course, doesn’t seem to be that in-depth which I’m surprised at really.”

“The course I have just finished is out of date and does not refer to new legislation at all. I contacted OPlex to tell them this but have had no reply. Such a shame thatOplex courses always had the advantage of being able to apply for NUS cards but this is no longer the case.”

“My main certificate and course transcript have arrived damaged for the recent TEFL Masters qualification that I have acquired. My School paid £19.98 for the certificates alone. I am truly disappointed and would be most grateful if this issue could be resolved as a matter of urgency.”
