“I recently did a Non-Verbal Communication course to help me in my workplace. The course was detailed and thorough. My next step is to use/apply the knowledge I've learnt from the course - into my work. What a fantasy price too!”

“i signed up during lockdown last year, the courses state tutor support but not true. i srnt over 9 emails and rang several times noone to this date replied to any of my emails. Luckily i passed my course but no tutor support given”

“I purchased 3 courses online. It was very easy process, prices very convenient, support team very helpful. However I noticed a lot of typing mistakes, sometimes even with final assessment exams, which can alter your answer and affect the marking negatively. This needs to be reviewed by the team I did not require any assistance from tutors during my studies so can't comment on this I am very pleased & will definitely consider it for future courses if I need”

“It is so quick and easy to hop onto a course and complete it. Whilst part - furloughed I usually set aside 1 or 2 days to complete each course. Tho it is not a rush. Gotta remember that these courses are up to level 5, usually level 3, and so are entry level courses for college/uni, but an amazing chance to get into academia/ learning formally.”

“The content was shocking. No practical training for minute taking whatsoever, just information on what minute taking is and why it’s used. Repetitive information, pulled straight from google. Terrible grammar, whole words missing. The whole course took 30 mins. The final questions, for example, were along these lines “ minute taking, helps a person become more organised, true or false. Absolute joke, shouldn’t be allowed to operate, I request a full refund please. Will be reporting to relevant awarding bodies.”

“I purchased a hard copy of the Health and Social Care certificate. It was delivered in good time and in quality condition. The course was really interesting and the content more transferable across roles than I originally thought.”
