“I always enjoy the courses that I've taken with Oplex. However recently you appear to be overwhelmed, and your attention to detail has diminished when I've needed to communicate a problem I've been having. This being accessing the course I had ordered with you. Its really a shame that the standard of service appears to have dropped.”
