“I was able to continue with my course work by being able to extend the time frame. It would be nice if I could have an unlimited time to get my course done as working full-time and trying to study is not easy.”

“I cannot access the mock assessment or final assessment due to an error message. This has been reported on multiple occasions and remains unfixed. Therefore, I cannot complete this course! Would have been happy to purchase additional courses but now am reluctant to do so.”

“Even though I’ve studied CSI before, I’ve still learnt so much more on this course. It’s broken down in easy to follow modules, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it so far.”

“Bought several veterinary courses from them. Materialsaterial was interesting but very confusing and jumping from one subject to another in the middle of slides. Had absolutely NO tutor support and needed to resend enquiries 6-8 times. Still waiting for one of my queries to be answered, after countless emails and 5 month Won't use them again and certainly would not recommend them”

“I purchased a course online for my son. I don’t know how that is working out for him. One small criticism is that although I put his details when invited into the appropriate box all subsequent emails have been addressed wrongly to me instead of him. I think you should correct this as it could lead to him not receiving information regarding his course.”

“The courses were split into smaller modules that were easier to work through and much better for not giving you an overload of information at 1 time. They were worded well and easy to follow. I enjoyed learning my course this way.”
