“Dear Oplex I am thoroughly disappointed in the BSL course level 3. I expected a live person in video format to show me the signs. It is very difficult for a complete novice to learn in this way. Not very helpful at all but I plan to complete the course of course! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to relay this feedback to you as I could not find your e-mail address prior to begining the course. Regards Miss M. Parojcic.”

Hello Milena, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We're really sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your course. The course materials consist of reading modules followed by a multiple choice quiz at the end of each unit. I can see that a member of our team has been in touch and has offered a full refund for the inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback, it is important to us as it gives us the opportunity to make improvements for other students enrolled on the same course. If you have any future questions, please feel free to contact us directly at info@oplexcareers.com and our support team will be happy to help! Have a nice day. Kind regards, Oplex Careers Team

“Training to be a teaching assistant is something I’ve been saying I want to do for so long, so when ole Boris put us into lockdown again I thought I’d look into it, some courses were so expensive but then I came across oplex, and with the deal they had in I had no excuse. Half way through my course now and very impressed so far”

“Some courses are extremely easy and short, not really worth a certificate, whilst others are very long and take a lot of effort to complete, making you feel the certificate has been earned through hard work. Sadly difference between the courses, but both giving you the same level on a certificate makes it questionable as to whether the course certificate you’ve earned really has much value to a potential employer. This is disappointing”
