“I hadn't realised that the final assessment was timed. So because I took a phone call during it and double checked my answers against my notes I only completed 22 out of 35 questions. I still got a merit but was aiming for a distinction.”

“The content was ok, aimed at early years mostly (under 6). The anger management module was useful. It is predominantly aimed at parents who are willing and want to help their children. It would be useful to suggest ways others, such as grandparents, can help when parents don’t. My main bug bear is the poor grammar in the course material which holds the course back. It should be carefully proof red by at least two people. Luckily I paid the sale price. It’s is not worth the full price.”

“I bought the Maths GCSE Past Papers course. It says that you can do it online but you can't, you have to download and print PDF copies. The papers are not past GCSE ones, they are written by them and do not cover the complete GCSE. There are supposed to be tutor explanations and answer methods, this is a just a page of answers at least one of which is incorrect. Supposedly over 40 hours of learning, the two papers they give you take 3-4 hours. The Assessment tab says end of module test and a final assessment, neither of these exist so you cannot gain a certificate. I requested a refund as the course is completely different to what they claim but they refused as I had logged in to the course, how are you supposed to know it isn't what it says it is before you buy it? I am currently going through Paypal to get my money back as, by Distance Selling law, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days. I suggest everyone else does that so that they cannot get away with it anymore.”
