“At this point, not even 24 hours in to purchasing my coursem and i have had failed promises. The website says immediate access, yet I received nothing. I called them and they assured me I would have it before 4. by 3:30 I called and they said 5. I called at 4:30 there was no answer on their line and there was no one available on their online dashboard. I think this is terrible beginner service and has already left a bad taste in my mouth.”

“I completed the Family and relationship course and asked for my certificate and paid for one which has not arrived nor has my PDF copy!”

“I recently took the animal Reiki course it was very informative and was easy to follow from start to finish and received my certificate within a couple of days of completing my course I would highly recommend these courses and I will be starting my second course very shortly thanks again guys”

“It was easy and straight forward to purchase a course. Certificates are quickly emailed over. My only negative point is that there were many slides with grammatical errors and some unfinished sentences etc. This occurred on both the courses I did!”

Hi, Thanks for writing a review, I can see that our customer service teams replied to your email yesterday and you responded back to this. The course expiry date was also sent across in that email. Your certificate was also sent to the correct address, which is in the post. Please note it may take between 1-3 working days to be sent out. I hope that helps.

“The courses are very easy to follow and understand, I have completed three online courses and looking at a fourth. These courses have boosted my confidence and improved the knowledge I required, fantasic to improve on areas you work in or are interested in. I would highly recommend Oplex Careers”

Hi, I can see that you placed your order on Friday and sent emails over the weekend. This was all responded to on Monday as our offices are closed on weekend and your hard copy has been sent out accordingly.
