“Communication with the team is always very good with a quick response. Feedback from our staff regarding the venue is pretty grim though! Apparently the trainer was also not very impressed when training took place on 22nd May. The carpet was dirty and a vacuum was requested. Glasses were not very clean and one of the tables was broken. The Trainer did say that he would feedback himself on the venue. Also the receptionist on arrival was very matter of fact.”

“From the initial enquiry, all of the information provided was clear. Booking the course was simple and the trainer was great, keeping everybody engaged at all times. I will definitely use Onsite Training again.”

“Myself and my colleagues really enjoyed our 3-day first aid course. Andy was very resources and explained our training with everyday scenarios, which helped to digest the information we were learning. We all left confident that we can help in a medical situation. Andy was very friendly, answered all our questions. We would love to have him back on our next course”
