“The trainer was excellent. He really engaged brilliantly with the trainees who all had first class feedback on his teaching style and how he brought the training to life by sharing his own, real, experiences within each sessions. Delighted to have found this training provider who made the process super simple with very friendly and helpful customer service personnel who helped get the programme scheduled as well.”

“Issues when booking the course but quickly sorted. Bought a credit to use at a later date as was given an extra discount to do this. The team felt the training was delivered well and was able to talk about more client specific areas with the trainer.”

“Sian was an absolutely excellent trainer, creating relaxed but super informative sessions, covering and making memorable, all of the information which we needed to know over the 3 days of first aid training we underwent. We would highly recommend her as a trainer and the course itself which is clear and well put together.”

“We recently enquired about booking in for first aid training for multiple members of staff. Onsite first aid was very helpful in providing advice on which course was necessary and were very accommodating with establishing available time slots. The training provided was excellent and very informative and the paper certificates arrived within a timely manner, we would highly recommend onsite first aid and we are looking to use them again in the future for our fire marshall training”
