“All the emails I sent, and there were a few, we're responded to almost immediatley. All questions I had were answered concisely and politely and even though my sausaged old lady brain stumbled on the attachments (wage slips etc) and must have driven staff mad I can honestly say the replied with very helpful suggestions.”

Annual statements through the post so you can see your balance and online account management available to you. I would only use this company if I needed a loan again in the future.”
