“I have suffered a terrible tragedy I lost my son of 12 years old in a tragic accident .... I have called all my General Bills ( gas, electric, council tax with very little sympathy ... I felt very pressured to make payments I could not afford. I called you today to make a payment arrangement (I have never missed a payment since my Lian started ) and explained my tragic situation I spoke to a very helpful and understanding lady called Stephine who was very understanding and we made an arrangement. Can you please pass on to your management department that Stephanie was clear on what was needed under the terms and conditions ... But was very empathetic, understanding , and clear and we made and arrangement which suits me and puts my mind at rest ... Thank you Stephane.”
