“I have a 18month tracksuit in my bag when I ordered a 12 month one. I have tried to call the shop today but cannot get anyone. Please contact me about keeping a 12 month one aside for me as I go on holiday tomorrow and won’t be able to swap it until I am home.

“Unfortunately I would not use this boutique again. My click and collect order took over 2 weeks to be processed and items I had ordered and paid for were not in stock, however I was not informed of this prior to collecting the order. The only information provided was a note on the parcel advising that a refund had been processed. Very poor customer service.”
