“Have bought from ollybear previously but disappointed over the jacket I recently purchased for my granddaughter the finish wasn't up to the usual standard and the size was way to small she is 4 so ordered the 5 but could not fit more like a 3 easily returned though won't put me off buying from ollybear as the quality has always been top notch”
“I placed an order for many items in the sale. Got an email to say I had a refund a few days later for around half of the amount of the original order, no email to explain why. I then received a dispatch to say 4 of the items were on the way. It would’ve been nice to know in advance that parts of my original order were not in stock or whatever as these items were for gifts.”
