“lovely dress and well made. very small though. I ordered a sze 3 for my 2 year old granddaughter which was far too small. There was no returns label so i had to pay £4.10 to return it and as it was so close to christmas i asked for a refund and then ordered an age 4 and had to pay for postage again, I coulnt be sure that if i asked for an exchange that it would arrive in time. The sale price of the dress was £37.50 but ended up costing £48.60!! Still a reduction on the original price however.”

“I love the clothes and the quality of them, however, every time I go to collect items I have ordered there seems to be a problem.
Like when we were sent an email last week to collect our items, we go to the shop and the items could not be found.
Shortly after leaving, we were telephoned to say the items were there, and if my husband was in the area to return to collect them. As he wasn't, they did send the items out to us free of charge.
if this was an isolated incident I would understand but there always seems to be an issue when I go to collect things, either they aren't there or part of the order is missing.
Don't get me wrong, I have been using this shop for a long time and the staff are always pleasant and helpful which is why I have given 4 stars, but unfortunately, this bit just seems to let it down somehow.”
