“you are a company that seems serious about improving so here are some things I found dealing with you.
2 calls that were said to be have made to me I did not receive and had to call twice for an update on the car which is not really the customers job, so something slipped up there.
Some of the men in the reception area look very grumpy and suspicious which is not what a customer wants to be received like. The Ladies were great and did a good job.
I felt confident that my car would be fixed, but there needs to be a very clear communication at ALL stages of what costs are incurred in the process of fault finding, this aspect is crucial and needs tightening up.
Your appointment reminder by text is useful, perhaps you can expand on this to give your customers progress updates, this would make them feel they were being looked after well, this is probably best as send only rather than have to reply that way.for intermediate updates.
The fact you are open until 6pm is very important so customers can arrive after work. Most place close at 4pm.
Having a toilet is good and a coffee machine is good, the staff love it too, the seating and table area can be improved, its a bit dark and formal.
A bright outside light at the entrance might help also help as winter is upon us.

It is the least to say surprising to hear you saying all above. Just to refresh your memory you have came on Wednesday without appointment and we accommodated a check on your car then as agreed we ordered the parts and we booked you Friday same week just to allow for parts to arrive. Next day Thursday you decide to drop the car in even though parts weren't with us but you said is fine you'll wait for our call. So dropped the car around 9:00am and then 10:54 you called to asked if car is ready, (although we agreed you'll wait for our call) when we informed part has not arrived yet. We then received the part and 11:42 we called you to inform part was received and installed.
So in light of above that can proved with exact times from call recordings and delivery times I think you should review your statement. The fact that another language was spoken when you were around was not by all means to make you feel uncomfortable and I apologies if that was the case.
Is hard to create good things but easy to damage, so I would appreciate if you would review us correctly.

“DREADFUL AFTER SALES SERVICE I ordered a duplicate car key remote which
was supplied and programmed very efficiently and works well, However
the technician said he had the wrong key blank so he was unable to cut
the emergency door key but one would be sent by post in a few days.
Despite several Emails to the company requesting an update on this situation
I have still not received either a key or report on progress well over a month later !
(Order was placed on 18th May its now 27th June)
As I paid £375 for the fob this is not acceptable , BEWARE”
“They are very , very expensive . I was there with a problem , I left the car there for 1 week and I left with the same problem but it cost me 1k , and they said to spend another 2k to fix it . I went to another service and they fix it for 250 . In conclusion they are very very expensive”
“BE AWARE of their services... They overcharge you and not professional staff... I highly NOT RECOMMENDED them. They charge £240 just for checking what's wrong with the car holding it for 3 days and still they are not sure of the issue. I had to take my car back to a professional mechanic to fix it.”
