“Really wanted to like this for my hard working hard but too thin and runny.. I have to wipe my hands after using it as it doesn’t seem to moisture as I’d hoped.”

“Smells nice, but unfortunately didn't sort the problem of the cracked skin on my knuckles, despite using regularly for over 2 weeks. I am disappointed having read a number of good reviews prior to purchasing.”

“I've now purchased 3 products from nursum for my husband who suffers with very dry skin. Although the site says the products work well in these types of skin types, unfortunately in this instance it hasn't! So I have wasted money on products I'd hoped would have been good for him. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Hopefully they do work better on other people. Sorry it's such a negative review.”

“Whole ordering process is slow and not what I am used to when shopping on line. Hand wash & body wash, are very good and I have reordered. Body Cream and Skin Fix are Ok but nothing special. Aveeno is just as good. The unperfumed hand cream has made my dermatitis worse than it has ever been and I would not recommend this to anyone. The principles that you operate by are good with free products to health service personnel, I’m just not sure if your products live up to the hype. Sorry.”

“The hand cream is OK but I have used better, and cheaper, products. I found it too expensive and the products were over-packaged, albeit that the packaging was recyclable. I regret I will not be using the products again for those reasons.”

Our products contain naturally derived ingredients to soothe and protect sensitive skin, however, we understand all skin is unique and sometimes a more intensive formula is required for persistently dry areas. As for our packaging, everything is made of 100% recyclable cardboard, however, we are always looking for ways to become a greener brand, so will take your feedback on board. “I completely support this initiative an the business. However, the gift I had ordered for my close friend arrived with out the sweet gift message which was already typed up! This was meant to be a pleasant Birthday surprise. I only wish and hope, that as you continue to grow and prosper, that you do not forget your core values and more importantly the small details which is ever so important, especially to us as customers. I will most likely order once again from you, but sending it off as a gift, I have yet to reconsider. Thank you for your message to complete a feedback form. “I received this product as a gift, the product itself isn’t exactly a miracle but came onto the website to do my research and the prices are ridiculous !! we’ve just spent a lockdown fighting for us nurses/carers pay rise and your charging us this! I simply wouldn’t be able to afford this each month. Just because it was seen on dragons den, doesn’t mean you can put your prices up! It’s insulting to the healthcare industry.”

We're so sorry to hear the scent of our hand cream isn't to your liking. We always aim to use naturally derived ingredients so our products are gentle on sensitive skin. In order to do this, we use Bergamot, Petitgrain and Grapefruit natural essential oils in our scented hand cream. Our unscented hand cream, however, does not include these essential oils, so it smells more natural. You may enjoy using this more!

“I am a 77yr old and these products have been wonderful for my dry hands and nails. I really bought them for my 16yr old Granddaughter to see if they would help her eczema but as soon as she used the hand cream her one hand immediately swelled up and a rash appeared on the back of her hand and she lost the feeling in her fingers until she used her epaderm cream. The feeling came back a few hours later. Why do you think this happened? Very concerning!”
