“I had never heard of this product until I came across it in a Google search. It had lots of positive reviews so, despite its price, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it made my dermatitis worse. So I had to give away 2 full bottles a one barely used, and I will not be buying it again.”

Hi Samya, thanks for giving Nursem a try and for sharing feedback on your experience. We're so sorry to hear you weren't impressed by our Skin Fix. Our Skin Fix contains natural plant oils and Glycerin to form a natural protective barrier around the skin which helps to retain the skin’s moisture and hydration. As you mentioned, the formula is quite thick, and this is due to the Colloidal Oatmeal which we use to soothe persistently dry skin. For this reason we would recommend applying just a pea-sized amount as you'll find a little goes a long way! Alternatively, if you're looking for something lighter you may prefer to try our Caring Hand Cream instead. We've sent you a private message to help with this, and look forward to hearing from you! “This is the second time I've purchased your product and the first time was very good. But this time I'm annoyed, I've already paid £8.99 for postage on the website, but when I sign for the package in Italy, I have to pay an extra 21€ postage, why? I can't understand...not tax, it's express courier...It's really unbelievable”

To confirm, the cost of international shipping is £8, and as stated in our shipping policy all customers ordering products into the EU will need to pay import duty. Hi Carol. We're really sorry that the products we offer which include one of our Nomination Cards isn't clearer on our website. Currently, all of our Caring Gift Sets include Nomination Cards. These are used for much larger donations, with just one nomination providing enough Nursem for a whole ward. We're really passionate about our Nursem Promise and our customers' ability to get involved and nominate friends, colleagues, and loved ones, so we're especially disappointed to hear we haven't made our Nomination Cards as clear as possible. Thanks to you highlighting this issue, we're working on making this much easier for our customers.
