“Package arrived 10 days late (this was a birthday gift, so we missed the date), in dirty and damaged box. I appreciate that this isn't Nursem's fault, but your courier (Royal Mail) is letting you down on that front. Plus having no 'option B' when the postal strikes have been advertised for weeks is simply poor planning. The thing that's annoying is that it comes in a branded box, as opposed to being placed in a separate box for transporting (which 99% of companies do). I can forgive the late delivery, but it's disappointing having the to give this gift 'as-is', looking like it had been kicked around a football pitch. First time customer and not a great experience.”

“I like the products but my recent order seems to have got lost. It's now 9 working days since I'm told it was dispatched. It's still showing on Royal Mail tracking as they are awaiting it from Nursem. I am not impressed to have had to ask 3 times before Nursem confirmed it had left them on 5th December. And I've to wait till day 10 before they will do anything meaning a Christmas present will not be here in time.”

“I read wonderful things about this hand care so I ordered it. Unfortunately I can't agree. I've not seen an improvement after 8 days of constant use and I dislike the smell of the hand cream. The intense overnight cream is way too thick and doesn't have much emollient to it. It dries dry! The only positive I can give is that my purchase will help the staff in the NHS. Sorry 😞”

“Really wanted to love this but sadly it hasn't really been the answer to for my poor hands. The caring hand cream makes me itchy and the skin fix is ok but my hands aren't really much improved so back to steroids I go 😔 pics are after using only nursem for a week.”

Whilst our products have helped many with highly sensitive skin, we understand everyone's skin is different, so this is not always the case. Our Caring Hand Cream contains naturally derived ingredients Allantoin, Pro Vitamin B5 and White Willow extract to soothe sensitive skin. “Absolutely no communication and no response to the online forms which I completed 3 times. Products seem to be OK now they have finally arrived but this whole experience makes me think I will shop elsewhere . Its a shame because I really want to support the team.”

“I haven’t had this product long enough to write a full review. At the moment I am still thinking that Zeroderm is more reliable for me. When my skin is less red I will try Nursem again”

“Unfortunately I suffer rom psoriasis and I was recommended to buy your skin fix. When used it makes my skin feel as though its burning. So can only use after using Centraben. Brought two tubs but feel that this has been a waste of money - sorry.”

“I bought the hand cream and intensive over night treatment after being recommended by a client. I’m a hairdresser and my hands are extremely dry... unfortunately these didn’t work for me at all. It says to use a pea sized amount, but this literally done nothing to my hands, so I had to use a lot more and even then they didn’t feel great. I used the whole tube of hand cream in under a week!! I wouldn’t of minded if I felt like they made the slightest difference, but if anything they felt drier after using these products. Unfortunately I don’t recommend at all.”

Hi Jodie. We're so sorry to hear you haven't had a great experience using Nursem. While we have lots of customers who advocate for how much our products have helped their hands, our products don't always work perfectly for everyone which we're really sorry about. It sounds like you've tried using our Caring Hand Cream, but we'd definitely recommend giving our Caring Skin Fix a go as this is a more intense solution used overnight which acts as a healing barrier.
