“Bought nursem after watching Dragons den, unfortunately it really hasn't improved our dry hands,we had really high hopes for this product, my husband & I suffer with very dry finger tips, especially the thumbs, nursem really hasn't improved this, but we will persevere.”

“I have psoriasis on my hands and thought this product would help , it has a nice texture absorbs well and feels nice but it did not seem to make a lot of difference to my condition and I have to say the smell is not great but it does not linger long , I also feel that it is a little pricey and I won’t be buying any more .”

Thanks for your feedback on our Caring Hand Cream, while our Caring Hand Cream is great for moisturising hands, our Caring Skin Fix is our most intensive formula and the most suitable for psoriasis. We've had some wonderful reviews on how Caring Skin Fix has helped people with their psoriasis.

“Thank you for the lovely product and personal story to support it. As a nurse, covid times has definitely taken its tool on my hands. I have super dry hands, like never before. Particlulary, between my fingers. This cream works well at the time. However, I feel my case is going to require something stronger. Thank you, Liv”

“Really really applaud and respect your ethos and aim. Although unable to benefit for FREE myself, i and my wife are both nurses, your site blocked nominating a workplace, and as a non approved NHS product we can't use this in the workplace anyway.”

While our product is not an official NHS-approved product, it is fully safety-certified and cleared for use in a clinical setting by a leading dermatologist.

“I have fingers that feel like they have been fed into an industrial paper shredder then plunged into a bucket of sulphuric acid. I have visited the doctors about it three timrs but nothing they prescribed works at all. The chemist recommended O'Keefes 'Working Hands' which worked well for 3 months but seems less effective now so I thought I would try Nursem but that is no morr effective than Working Hands but it costs twice as much. I am at a loss as to what to do. It is a pain.”

“I felt the products were over rated. I have been using since received to use it up. I find a film is left on my hands. I also felt the packaging was very clinical looking. Although notified there were delays i was disappointed that it took so long. I bought to help nurses as they are doing so much. Great concept.”

Again, we can only apologise for the delays we saw with Royal Mail - they are facing an unprecedented situation currently - which I'm sure you can understand and hence mail times are longer.

“Absolutely love the idea of the proceeds sending boxes of hand cream to nurses. Unfortunately, the smell of Manuka honey makes me feel sick. So I can’t use the product 😥”

Kathleen, thanks for leaving a review and trying our caring products, we're sorry to hear about your experience. Sometimes when hands are particularly dry it can take a while for our products to bring back moisture into the skin - little and often and over a decent period of time can go a long way. Using the hand fix alongside a good pair of cotton gloves overnight can also help alleviate dryness. Hope this helps.
