Package arrived 10 days late (this was a birthday gift, so we missed the date), in dirty and damaged box. I appreciate that this isn't Nursem's fault, but your courier (Royal Mail) is letting you down on that front. Plus having no 'option B' when the postal strikes have been advertised for weeks is simply poor planning.
The thing that's annoying is that it comes in a branded box, as opposed to being placed in a separate box for transporting (which 99% of companies do). I can forgive the late delivery, but it's disappointing having the to give this gift 'as-is', looking like it had been kicked around a football pitch.
First time customer and not a great experience.
