“I was really disappointed with the unfragranced hand cream product which did not easily absorb into my skin, and left my skin drier than it was before. I returned the purchases I made for a refund and have reverted back to Body Shop’s Hemp Hand cream, which works perfectly for me. Whilst I appreciate you offer a refund for dissatisfied customers like me, I had to bear the brunt of the return postage. A really disappointing experience. I was also disappointed with Nursem’s defensive response to my complaint! Really poor customer service! I’ll never use you again or will I recommend you to other based on this negative customer experience”

“I bought a set of 2 tubes of the Caring Hand Cream and one tub of Caring Skin Fix. Unfortunately even though I have applied the Hand Cream daily, several times a day since I bought it more than three weeks ago I have found no improvement at all in my dry skin. The tub of Caring Skin Fix which I started using 5 five days ago performed some what better but not very much. The creams are pleasant to use with no discernible fragrance. Unfortunately the product is expensive for what it does, there are far better creams already on the market for a lower price”

“I really wanted to like this product. I first saw it on dragons den and thought it would be so good. I work on food service counters and wash my hands 35+ times at work. They become incredibly dry and cracked. Unfortunately after using this product several times a day, every day for a week there has been no improvement and they are still flakey and dry. I am so disappointed. The best hand creams I have found so far for extremely dry, hard working hands are the body shop hemp hand cream and o’keefes.”

“Find all the positive reviews a bit unbelievable. Got interested in your product after your appearance on Dragon's...and you clearly stressing how bad your eczema and psoriasis was a lot of your life but disappeared with your cream. So far I can see no change to my psoriasis! After using it for 6 weeks or more! Find all the advertising and popping up if your product a over my internet very annoying. Feel you bought into the whole commercial side of running a business. Sad to say you sold out to big money with those dragon investors!”

We're sorry to hear this Connie. All of our reviews are from verified purchasers from our website and are genuine - we would never seek to fabricate good reviews. Unfortunately you might have confused us with another brand, as we have never been on Dragon's Den. We were on the customer is always right (also on the BBC), where our founder spoke about suffering from contact dermatitis - but not psoriasis or eczema. While we have seen positive reviews from those with Psoriasis - there is no guarantee for results, as with all skincare it can be quite subjective. Thanks for trying Nursem and we wish you the best of luck in finding something that works for your skin.
