“Fantastic hand cream, my daughters hands were so sore from continuous hand washing in work which seem to have got worse since being pregnant, her skin had split and were really painful and dry. I bought the hand fix cream and after one night the pain improved and in a few days her hands were brilliant. Thank you for saving my daughters poor hands”

“I first saw nursem on dragons den and thought of my granddaughters very sore,red hands through all the hand cleansing we all have to do and it's amazing how quick her hands started to get after using the hand cream. All other creams and oils she tryed seemed to make absolutely no difference. I highly recommend this product to everyone.”

“A lovely hand cream! I only use it at night to make sure my very dry skin remains supple and uncracked. It dries in very quickly and leaves my hands feeling hydrated and soft. A bonus for me is that someone else also benefits when I buy a product.”

“I bought a tube during the first lockdown because my hands were red raw and sore as I work in a supermarket as was using sanitizer constantly. After the first use my hands were soothed and stopped hurting. I’ve now bought a bigger pot as I love it and would definitely recommend”

“Brilliant. I’ve had problem skin since before Christmas and was just about keeping it at bay with numerous different creams and lotions including steroid cream. Within three days of using the night and day cream it has cleared. I wash and gel my hands a lot as an NHS worker - I cannot rate this cream highly enough! Brilliant! THANKYOU!!”

“Brilliant products. I'm not an NHS worker, but I am a Mum and I wash my hands so often it has led to permanent dryness, and often a sore feeling. The only good hand products I have used are more expensive and there is always a decision/dilemma re the perfumes contained within. Nursem is a great cream which is non-greasy, actually soothes irritation, has a pleasant mild scent and is actually cheaper. Mixed in with their commitment to support NHS workers, I feel very comfortable with my purchase. To make it the absolute ideal product for me would be if Nursem did re-fills as the plastic bottle is sturdy enough to be re-used for a very long time.”

“I'm a new Dad and with the constant washing and sterilising of bottles, dummies, pumps. the hand washing after nappy changes and of course with the "new normal" of covid hand washing my hands we're extremely sore. It got so bad my knuckles we're cracked, bleeding and really painful. Within just a few days of using nursem hand cream they had completely healed and since then I haven't had any problems with my hands. I've got one bottle on the bathroom sink and seeing as how well it's worked I'm going to get another for the kitchen. Just wish I had picked this up before our Baby arrived so my hands wouldn't have gotten that bad in the first place!”
