“I have psoriasis on my hands and thought this product would help , it has a nice texture absorbs well and feels nice but it did not seem to make a lot of difference to my condition and I have to say the smell is not great but it does not linger long , I also feel that it is a little pricey and I won’t be buying any more .”

Thanks for your feedback on our Caring Hand Cream, while our Caring Hand Cream is great for moisturising hands, our Caring Skin Fix is our most intensive formula and the most suitable for psoriasis. We've had some wonderful reviews on how Caring Skin Fix has helped people with their psoriasis.

“I bought a set of 2 tubes of the Caring Hand Cream and one tub of Caring Skin Fix. Unfortunately even though I have applied the Hand Cream daily, several times a day since I bought it more than three weeks ago I have found no improvement at all in my dry skin. The tub of Caring Skin Fix which I started using 5 five days ago performed some what better but not very much. The creams are pleasant to use with no discernible fragrance. Unfortunately the product is expensive for what it does, there are far better creams already on the market for a lower price”

“Amazing product! I love the hand cream, as a nurse I am washing my hands soo many times a day and they have never felt softer after using Nursem. I have tried so many different products over the years and am so glad to have found this one. The skin fix cream has been amazing on my eczema too.”

“Firstly a big thank you to Antonia and Jonny for creating this wonderful product. Since my failed bypass operation in 2011 I have suffered with itchy scars on both my legs and my hands have been so dry and chapped that they bled. I’ve tried many types of medication but nothing worked until I tried nursem and within a few days wow what an amazing difference. In 2 weeks they are 95% cured. I can’t thank you both enough. Best wishes Gary”
