I was really disappointed with the unfragranced hand cream product which did not easily absorb into my skin, and left my skin drier than it was before. I returned the purchases I made for a refund and have reverted back to Body Shop’s Hemp Hand cream, which works perfectly for me. Whilst I appreciate you offer a refund for dissatisfied customers like me, I had to bear the brunt of the return postage. A really disappointing experience. I was also disappointed with Nursem’s defensive response to my complaint! Really poor customer service! I’ll never use you again or will I recommend you to other based on this negative customer experience
