“The hand cream is great, makes my hands feel smooth and protected, my only very tiny niggles are that it can feel a little bit sticky to start with if you put too much on - a little goes a long way - and the scent is a little too citrusy for my taste, I would prefer the geranium to be stronger. That is the only reason it was 4 stars rather than 5. It is a great product and I particularly love the idea that buying it is helping a nurse or midwife to some free hand cream.”

“As a nurse myself I find this cream great! It's easily absorbed and doesn't leave your hands greasy and has a pleasant smell. It has made a big difference to my hands and seems to have a kind lasting result”

“I've had a type of stress eczema on my feet and wrist and whilst it hasn't totally gone on my feet the caring hand cream has certa8made it better and stopped the itching. So absolutely great. Thank you.”

“I’m not a Nurse, but do suffer from dry hands. I saw this product on a TV show The Customer is always right. I decided to buy it there and then. It’s a smooth cream with a refreshing smell. I now am happy to say my hands are not dry anymore. All I would say is the tubes don’t last very long as they are on the small side.”

“Very good product right from the first use.. my hands felt really soft and as I suffer from psoriasis on my hands I am very impressed. However, the one thing I didn't like was the smell of the cream...it almost only almost put me off it but on the whole, I will certainly buy it again and recommend it to family and friends”

“Beautiful product so lovely to use and hands so soft . I also used it on a patch of eczema on my ankle and its cleared it up. I know that's not what it's for but it has worked for me. Will buy again and definitely reccomend.”

“Nice feeling hand cream, only niggle for me is I’m not keen on the strong honey smell but that’s my personal preference. And such a fantastic idea to provide for NHS and care workers which makes it worth every penny. Well done guys”

“Have used for 2 weeks like the hand wash and cream have worked well hands really improved only negative is I'm not keen on the smell of cream but that is minor considering how good it has left my skin”
