“Very good product. Not at all greasy and leaves hands feeling soft and hydrated. The delivery was slower than expected but think this was an issue with the carrier not Nursem.”

“I particularly like the hand cream which is easily absorbed and has a long lasting effect, keeping hands beautifully soft. However the pump pot container needs a re-think. The cream is too thick to flow into the pump when the level in the bottle is low. As a result, the bottle won't pump cream and appears empty when a significant volume of cream remains. I have to bump the bottom of the bottle against a hard surface to force the cream to the bottom, or use the spout tube as a spoon to scoop the cream from the bottom of the bottle. I'm also surprised at how thick the plastic bottle is compared to bottles for similar products. The less plastic the better I would have thought.”

“Love the smell of the hand wash and hand cream. Personally I need to use a little bit more than a pea size amount of hand cream that is recommended. However, I love the product and how it makes my hands feel. I suffer with really dry skin and Nursem really does help.”

“Excellent products and customer service although I feel rather sad that all those hard-working and dedicated care staff looking after the elderly and unwell in the country's care homes are not eligible for the Nursem promise in the same way that hospital nurses are. Their hand care needs are just the same!”

“Good to know that my purchase is helping hardworking nurses, but I'm not totally taken with the products - they smell funny, and aren't noticeably better than other (cheaper) alternatives, sorry! On the plus side, they arrive promptly and extremely well packaged.”

“I’m a beauty therapist and I bought the full range with me starting up my salon again after the closure due to COVID-19, my hands will be all dry and sore again with the sanitation and disinfection and it’ll help to soothe and soften my sore heads. I had the tube, bought from my mum, and it did help so much, bit greasy but well worth the repairing of dry and cracked knuckles on my hands. Can’t wait to try the hand wash!”

“This hand cream is amazing. Suffering with cracked skin on my hands and psoriasis, not being helped with the antibacterial gel we all have to use these days this cream moisturises very thoroughly. It soaks in quickly and leaves no residue. I tried it on a couple of patches of eczema. Stopped the itching immediately. I think I go against most reviews in so much as not a great fan of the smell. I was so impressed with this cream that I bought a tube each for my daughters who are also impressed with it.”
