“My initial enquiry was quickly answered, and very soon I was talking to a person not a computer screen. Sharon was very helpful and nothing could phase her, she answered all my questions and found a solution to all my requirements. I was given all the relevant details in the post which included base construction guidance. When the big day came the guys arrived on time and wasted no time in getting my garage and bike shed erected, they were very polite and efficient working brilliantly together and cleaned up after themselves. When all was finished they even showed me how doors and locks worked. After a month or so I rang Nucrete to order some roof infill foam and again I received all the appropriate advice. To sum up Nucrete are a very well organised and run company that supply the right goods at the right price! I would recommend them to anyone and indeed have, and it's great to show friends around my garage who are most impressed with what they see and what it cost. Well done Nucrete and keep up the good work. Paul”

“....From start to finish i have been delighted with the level of service , product quality and delivery from Nucrete. Sharon was excellent in discussions over many emails of variance in sizes and style options. Her advice on concrete base prep and in choosing door options was invaluable. pricing was very competitive , being substantially lower than other suppliers i compared with. installation was fast and hassle free, the guys had the unit installed start to finish within 5 hours. id certainly use Nucrete again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them regards Mr C Connor”

“Since finding Nucrete on the internet i have found the people to be friendly, informative and above all very helpful especially Sharon. As we are a school we need to be able to expand our storage to accommodate ever growing numbers and equipment we need. Nucrete have made this possible in a short space of time and their buildings are safe, secure and attractive to the eye. The construction from order to installation is both quick and affordable. “Very good information at initial contact with the company and this continued throughout. Delivered on time and they were very flexible when arranging a suitable date for erection. On the day the fitters pressed on and the garage was finished within three hours. The site was quite a distance from the delivery lorry but the fitters carried on without any moans. The garage looks great and I feel it was excellent value for money. I have insulated the complete inside of the garage as my valuable motorcycles are stored there for many months at a time. So far there is not a hint of condensation inside. Thanks very much for a very pleasant transaction.”

“I have had a long customer relationship with Sharon Winson (Online Sales) at Nucrete. Every single garage question that I have asked Sharon prior to purchasing (and I asked an awful lot of questions at the start) were answered quickly and effectively. - She is also very knowledgeable about Nucrete's products. The process to choose a garage from the website was easy as everything is well laid out. Sharon explained everything from garage base suitability, to building rendors, roofing colours, garage sizes, and through to the positioning of windows and doors. The pricing information was clear. - There were no hidden prices or agendas which is very refreshing these days, and I am impressed with Nucrete here too. The provisional date for the delivery (all the way to Scotland) of the garage was in fact the day that they delivered and built it. - Again, there was no messing around, no delays or any stressful situations which unfortunately seems common with other garage companies these days. The builders of the garage worked for 5 hours non-stop to build this garage albeit a small break to drink some tea. The standard of the garage is good. - Everything is well-fitted. - I have not found any missing screws or anything wrong with this garage so far. The company also provided a £30 voucher for us to buy sand / cement so that we could add our own sand / cement fillet around the base of the garage as an additional stabiliser of the concrete sections. - We added this fillet ourselves. It took 3 hours to apply on this 18ft 3" x 10ft 6" garage but it was worth it. - We are not DIY enthusiasts either so anyone can do it, though it is a messy job ... There are a few wooden pegs in the base of the wall sections of the garage, which the company said is due to our concrete base being slightly un-level but this is no big problem. - It is minor and not a fault with the garage as such to my knowledge. Last but not least, Nucrete were very, very good to me. - The bricks on our house are Village Sunglow (mainly red with a yellow sunset-like colour in parts). Nucrete did not provide this colour as a standard facing brick, but I asked Sharon if they could give me this colour as a facing brick on the real-brick front posts, and she arranged for some of those bricks to be obtained, cut, tested and fitted for an extra £50.00's. - I therefore can not fault the customer service from Nucrete. - It was excellent. - No other garage company would have done this for us, so this was a huge bonus for us. In summary, I would definitely choose Nucrete again as a garage provider. I suggest that you do not waste your time with other garage suppliers as they hide their prices for what they term 'extras', and when you add it all up, you will end up being charged through the roof too for a garage of a similar standard. “I think Sharon was born to sell garages. She was the 1st person who I spoke to who actually listened to my needs and offered professional friendly advice without confusing me or lying. I had some bad experiences with other quotes and companies that treated me like a stupid child. Thanks for going out of your way to answer all my phone calls and queries.”

“Fast efficient service. Good structural buildings .this was my secound workshop off you and after paying overall close to £4000 I found a £ 10.00 VOUCHER for bq a slap in the face. And to top it all I have already passed on your company name to other interested people . Cant really fault the the company otherwise.”

“I needed a double garage and after checking out a few companies I decided on Nucrete as my supplier. The cost was quite competitive and the customer service was impressive. I dealt with Sharon throughout and she advised me on what I would need and dealt with all my queries promptly and efficiently. I ordered the garage and a date was set for erection in mid January 2013. The due date arrived and two very polite employees arrived at 10am. The garage was erected by the end of the day, despite the miserable Scottish weather at the time. I was delighted with the results. A couple of months later I noticed a rain leak coming from a crack which had appeared on one of the roof panels and I contacted Sharon. This was apparently the first time this had ever been reported and she arranged for the roof to be inspected. They immediately replaced the faulty panel and I have been leak free since with no further cracks. Overall I'm very pleased with the garage and can't praise the before and after customer service highly enough.”
