“I ordered some Sulphuric Acid, I'd ordered some before but this second lot took longer to arrive. But that's fine. Also very pleased with the free packets of hand wipes in each order! Very much appreciated.”

“The courier would only deliver if there was someone at the address. Consequently I had to rearrange my day to be present over a set period - approx 2 hours. No delivery took place during the appointed times. This required me messing up my schedule for the following day for another 2 hour slot. The order was delivered during this slot.”

“Good value products good quality products Speedy service however they use APC parcel company who’s totally let North Start supplies down I had an email from APC telling me delivery would happen between 10.30 and 12.30 so my wife had taken the time of work to sign unfortunately she had to go to work after 12.30 the parcel company turned up at 2.20 pm the same day. They will not leave in a safe place or with a neighbour They need to change their parcel company to a more efficient one Colin Ash”

“A great website easy to navigate I’ve found some of the products at North Star a little pricey however North Star give a faster service than other companies out there maybe charge a little less for the parcel company service”
