“Price is good but this is not a product to detail car windows, so very smeary and hard to get the smears out . OK in the house and does have a light cutting agent . If you want this for the car only - don't buy it.”

“I ordered brick acid at approx 4pm and paid £10 for next day delivery. They didn’t deliver it until 2 working days after with no notification that this would be the case. I should’ve just paid first class delivery!”

Dear Scot You ordered at 16.26 on a Wednesday (the carrier had already collected at this time....our cut off time for same day dispatch is 14.00), so was sent the following day and arrived on Friday and signed for by yourself at 14.46. By all accounts, that's pretty good service :-)

“Very difficult to give more than a 3, I have a mixed review. Initial service and communication was very good and they helped identify the correct part. However, I paid for Next Day Delivery because there was no option for 1st class. I expected the item within 2 days, giving them the benefit of a day to package and post. Very disappointed not to receive the item until the following week. I did share this with the company but this feedback was ignored.”

“I paid a lot of money for courier postage (as I had no choice) and would have expected the goods to arrive sooner than they did. But the items are exactly to my satisfaction, thank you.”
