“Happy with the products received but dissapointed as was expecting next day delivery as per the website but took 3 days to dispatch and arrived on day 5. Would have been happy with that if expectations not set by the sales platform.”

Thanks for your message.... you ordered on Monday at 12.46 and we dispatched on Thursday, arriving on Friday at 09.07. We do manage our stock levels very well with incoming orders from some of our supplier(s) on a 3-4 week lead time. On the very odd occasion, high demand may result in us having to wait a couple of days for new stock to arrive. We do state in our delivery terms that orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day (subject to items being in stock) for next day delivery. Apologies if you are disappointed on this occasion.

“Purchased Heavy duty Hydrochloric acid. Paid £10 for next day delivery. It was not delivered next day, in fact 5 days later. Considering how strong this acid is, it was packaged extremely inadequately. Container was damaged causing a bent filling neck. It was not wrapped to prevent leakage in case the container split, could of been better protected in the cardboard box to prevent damage and possible spillage.”
