“Very good customer service experience. The engineer, John, was outstanding. Arrived exactly on time, diagnosed the problem with my Smeg oven in minutes and repaired it in half an hour. Polite and professional throughout.”

“Sadly my Washing Machine was beyond repair but John from North London Appliances is thorough, professional and friendly. It was clear from the horrendous noise my machine was making that I would probably have to replace it and John confirmed this, after disassembling it and searching for a possibly repairable source of the racket.
