“Norfolk Stairlifts fitted for me a new stair lift, they were marvellous and the timing of the fitting the new stair lift, and the fitting was done with best care and consideration for us. After the fitting was done, Sam showed me how to work the new controls which I was then able to show to my wife. From then on it was plain sailing and has made a huge difference to us. We found with Norfolk Stairlifts nothing was too much trouble even answering. any questions that we put to them. We were kept informed at every stage of the planned fitting of the new stairlift. We cannot recommend them enough, you could say they went the extra mile! Thank you all.”

“Since suffering from vascular Parkinsonism climbing and descending stairs has become dangerous and difficult. The smooth ride on the stairlift has taken away all the worries and life is now so much better. Excellent installation and very helpful staff.😊”

“We were impressed with Norfolk Stairlifts from the start: Richard's initial visit was the most thorough of the three companies we had tried; the mock-up of our staircase at their showroom helped to decide; Barry's workmanship was very neat and tidy, it was a pleasure having him inthe house, and his explanation as to using the stairlift was clear and thorough. Highly recommended.”

“They have everything you need. We had the initial consultation at their showroom and it was very informative and thorough. There was a great range to chose from together with accessories. The survey took place a week later with the fitting two weeks after that. Very smooth and professional Two years warranty included with ongoing comprehensive maintenance plans for peace of mind going forward. Great quality and service”

“I wish to thank Norfolk Stairlifts for their speedy installation of my stairlift after my accident. I was due to be released from hospital on the Monday before Christmas. You responded to my request for a survey of my property providing a most acceptable price but were able to install the stairlift on the Saturday prior to my discharge guaranteeing it would be available to me on the day of my discharge. Thank you so very much for all your exceptional efforts. Best Regaeds Bill Drabble”

“Excellent service. Great communication. Friendly and respectful staff. Turned up on time and recommended the right stairlift i would need without the 'hard sell'. Once the stairlift was fitted they went through how to work it and how to keep it charged. Thoroughly recommend”
