“Great product! Certainly keeps the gravel in place well, very easy to mark and cut with an angle grinder and super easy to lay. Ordering was easy. The trays themselves, (considering they’re the market leader) are extremely good value. Shame the delivery fee is the same regardless of ordering 1 sheet or 20. This said I ended up ordered 4 spare as didn’t want to be stung for an extra one or two if we were short, but never mind, we’ll find another use for those spare ones I’m sure. Post order comms all very smooth. Received delivery date, but not an ETA as standard. Followed the instructions to call / email the morning of delivery post 9am but no one to get back to me until 11:30am to confirm. Ok I’m our situation but did mean we had to reshuffle our day a bit to ensure someone was in to receive them as we didn’t know when. That aside - great product, otherwise great comms, fast delivery and good value in my option. Definitely worth it if laying a gravel path! Thank you Nida!”

“From my first enquiry about Nidagravel 129, everything was an absolute pleasure and delight. I ordered 20 gravel grids on Monday 27th March, around lunchtime - I was truly astonished to receive a call from the delivery driver a few minutes ago to say he was at the bottom of our farm track, he was just checking the delivery address. As I was not expecting delivery until the 29th or more likely, 30th, this really was customer service way beyond exceptional, less than 24 hours after placing my order. If you’re looking for gravel retention grids, I would look no further that Nidagravel, their product is excellent value for money, well made and I think, will be very simple to lay. I dealt with James, who answered every question - he processed the order and my thanks to all those involved in getting the goods delivered from Kettering to Perthshire so swiftly, it truly is much appreciated.”

“Arrived on time and the driver left the week packed pallet in an easy to access place on the driveway. Which meant we still could use the drive and recurve other deliveries. Installation was simple and very fast. Took just an hour to lay 50m2 and an under two hours to add the gravel (this was slower as we had to wheel in from 50m away from the site). So in under 3 hours we had completed the patio.”

Thank you for your review of our Nidagravel gravel stabilisation grids. Unfortunately, we were unable to deliver this order within the standard 48 hours as we ran low on stock of this product. The customer was contacted immediately and updated as to the stock situation. The product was back in stock very quickly. This meant the order was fulfilled 3 working days later. We hold large stocks and it is very rare that we are out of stock of any product. We apologise again for the short delivery delay and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
