Samples are despatched in batches once a week via Royal Mail and we advise customers both on our website and in their order confirmation email that samples are delivered in 5 - 10 working days. Thank you for your review of our Nidagravel gravel stabilisation grids. Unfortunately, we were unable to deliver this order within the standard 48 hours as we ran low on stock of this product. The customer was contacted immediately and updated as to the stock situation. The product was back in stock very quickly. This meant the order was fulfilled 3 working days later. We hold large stocks and it is very rare that we are out of stock of any product. We apologise again for the short delivery delay and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thank you for your review of our Nidagravel gravel stabilisation grids. We are sorry to hear you felt the delivery cost was expensive. Out Nidagravel 130 grids are shipped on jumbo pallets due to the product size. This is the equivalent of 2 standard pallets in shipping terms. Please note we only charge delivery at cost. Due to increased costs across the board for UK haulage companies and the high price of diesel - the cost of pallet deliveries has risen in 2021 and 2022.
