“I have yet to receive the sample requested!!”

Thank you for your review of our Nidagravel gravel stabilisation grids. Unfortunately, we were unable to deliver this order within the standard 48 hours as we ran low on stock of this product. The customer was contacted immediately and updated as to the stock situation. The product was back in stock very quickly. This meant the order was fulfilled 3 working days later. We hold large stocks and it is very rare that we are out of stock of any product. We apologise again for the short delivery delay and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thank you for your review of our Nidagravel gravel stabilisation grids. We are sorry to hear you felt the delivery cost was expensive. Out Nidagravel 130 grids are shipped on jumbo pallets due to the product size. This is the equivalent of 2 standard pallets in shipping terms. Please note we only charge delivery at cost. Due to increased costs across the board for UK haulage companies and the high price of diesel - the cost of pallet deliveries has risen in 2021 and 2022.

“A company that has an answerphone and doesn't respond to emails, gives a good indication of how bad the customer service would be if I ever bought from them! Thankfully I didn't buy because I couldn't speak to anyone! No doubt it'll be 'due to COVID' cope out!”

“Do not use this company. Poor product, service and attitude. They took payment for stock they didn't have available then charged us extra for a more expensive product but didn't send a revised invoice so their accounts dept. delayed delivery to site which held work up for 3 days. The promised delivery date was not kept and when we complained they closed the trade account!! So we were penalised for their incompetence, interesting customer service !”

After the order was successfully fulfilled we took the decision to close this customers trade account immediately as it is a company policy not to tolerate this type of behaviour towards our staff.
