“Do not use this company. Poor product, service and attitude. They took payment for stock they didn't have available then charged us extra for a more expensive product but didn't send a revised invoice so their accounts dept. delayed delivery to site which held work up for 3 days. The promised delivery date was not kept and when we complained they closed the trade account!! So we were penalised for their incompetence, interesting customer service !”

Thank you for your review of our Nidagravel gravel stabilisation grids. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to manage this customers order and arrange a special delivery our staff were met with aggression and threats. After the order was successfully fulfilled we took the decision to close this customers trade account immediately as it is a company policy not to tolerate this type of behaviour towards our staff.

The Nidagravel 130 stabilisation grids are well constructed, durable, simple to use and each section/sheet is big enough to quickly cover large surface areas. The Nidagravel 130 grids allowed me to turn a large open slightly sloping parking area with multiple surface types, i.e. (tarmac, concrete, scalpings) quickly into a usable, practical, attractive, well drained parking space and driveway.”

“Delivered very quickly (albeit at a cost). Easy to cut to shape and lay, and being flexible is quite tolerant of slightly uneven surfaces. Seems surprisingly flimsy when laid, but once filled and covered with gravel it becomes much stronger and more durable, and creates a nice firm surface which doesn't feel like walking on loose gravel at all. Very pleased overall.”

“I read all the reviews I could find...I watched all the videos on the website....and I’m so glad I brought from Nidagravel. The product is brilliant and so easy to use and cut to shape. The communication from the office was very clear and helpful. The delivery was quick and easy. I am so pleased with the end result on my gravel garden (not the original application for the boards but it is perfect) the gravel is staying on the slope and the plants are happy.”

“The spec I order was not in stock but was upgraded to the higher spec atmosphere extra charge. This was all agreed within hours of my order and it was even deliver within 24 hours. Excellent service and customer care by David Shakespeare. During installation I had no issue even though my driveway is on a bit of a slope. I even had alot of passersby asking about the product. So nidagravel may get a few orders from the Stirling area in the near future as a result!. Been driving in and out of the driveway for about 4/5 days and no issues except one skid but that was my fault as I had overfillied that area with gravel much higher than the recommended 20mm. Excellent product so far and would highly recommend.”
