About Nibble & Gnaw:

Everyone involved in Nibble & Gnaw is a pet owner. And we all want the same thing: our pets to be happy and healthy. That’s our mission. It's the reason we founded the business.

We all know that diet is the most important thing for keeping small animals happy and healthy, and that forage should make up about 90% of their diet.

One day, whilst complaining about the poor quality of hay being sold, one of our friends said: "You know the hay I take into the Middle East for their thorough-breds? What about bringing that in to the UK for rabbits and guinea pigs?"

And that's how Nibble & Gnaw got started!

“My two guinea pigs popcorn when they see me bring out the box of Nibble & Gnaw 2nd cut Timothy hay. They really love it to eat and burrow into. Smells fresh like a summer meadow! I would have no hesitation in recommending Nibble & Gnaw for their products and very speedy service”

“My Bunny is so fussy but after several years of buying many, many different varieties of hay and wasting it, I finally found a type she would eat. She loves the 2nd cut variety. Nibble&Gnaw are super helpful and always dispatch my orders almost immediately. ALWAYS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO.”

“Great products! My very elderly rabbit goes wild for the first cut timothy hay, keeping his teeth healthy. He quite likes the cornflowers and whole hibiscus too”

“My small animals love Nibble and Gnaw Timothy Hay. Recently my rabbits had to stay at a local vets. The staff asked me where I got the hay I provided as they were so impressed with it. One nurse said it reminded her of her youth and how hay was then, being green, sweet smelling and full of seed heads unlike most of the brown hay in plastic packaging so often seen today. It is relatively expensive compared to other brands but the quality is evident and “you get what you pay for” in this instance.”

“We've been buying our hay from Nibble & Gnaw for 3 years now and have never been let down. Always been the best quality hay we have found, arrives quickly and our rabbit loves it! There are plenty of choices too, we usually go with a mix of first and second cutting, both excellent. Can't rate them highly enough, definitely worth purchasing!”

“As an owner of a Rabbit with dental problems (front teeth removed and history of spurs on back teeth and gut stasis) it's imperative that he eats good quality hay...and lots of it! Since switching to Nibble and Gnaw he hasn't had to have any further dental work. He loves the long stem First Cut Timothy hay and manages to chomp through it without his front teeth! Our order always arrives quickly and is always really green, fresh and dust free. A happy bunny and an even happier owner!”

“I have a subscription of best of both Timothy Hay for my 2 bunnies. They love it. The quality is amazing, best I have had from anywhere. It is great as I don't have to think about ordering as it arrives automatically. If you run low earlier than planned you just pop online and amend your delivery date. It is so easy to use. Always friendly service and good communication.”

“My bunny absolutely loves nibble and gnaw timothy hay! If you are thinking whether to buy or not, honestly just go for it. I used to order from a different company, had tried a few places and my rabbit liked it but often it was hard to manage the hay or half of the box would be dust. With nibble and gnaw there is barely any dust at all! Extremely minimal! The last bag I emptied into the box I used to store it probably had like one small handful of dust! As an asthmatic i am so pleased. I love it and my rabbit is so healthy. Had a vet check up last week and her teeth are great, her poops are great and her fur is soooo silky. A year ago one of her back teeth was a bit of a concern so over the year things have improved. My honey is a hoppy girl with nibble and gnaw hey!”

“Fabulous company, fabulous product, fabulous customer service. I fostered Guinea Pigs for a local rescue for a while so needed a reliable delivery of good hay. Never disappointed and all the piggies were thoroughly spoilt with only the best hay!”
