There is no anti-glare/reflection coating on their standard lens. As the result, the lens are NOT clear NOR reflection-free. Disappointed.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm very sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the lenses. As you know, you chose our standard (FREE) lens package which doesn't include the multi coat. For £10, you can add the coatings as part of our "bronze" lens package upgrade, this includes anti scratch, anti glare, UV400 filter. Kind regards, Adam

reglaze was fine but not very impressed that my nose piece looked like it had been destroyed with pliers. cost me 9.95 for new nose pads

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding. On your order you chose a blue tint which is what we provided. However, you were expecting Transitions lenses. We did offer to replace your blue lenses for transitions lenses which you declined. We do also offer a no quibble refund policy if you're not happy for any reason. Lenses (rimless) are out of line with each other and cannot be adjusted as they were clearly glued in place. Smears of glue around all connections are also unsightly.

Sent my glasses off around 7 weeks ago, to have them come back and them be completely in the wrong sides. The left and the right were mixed up. Sent them back out after a few days of negotiations with the customer service team. Took another 3 weeks for them to come back due to the fact it took 2 weeks to arrive they said. During the time they said they hadn't arrived, they offered me £50 compensation or some cheap glasses off the site. Bareing in mind I'd paid £79.99 from Tkmax. I wasn't happy about this as I felt like they were withholding my glasses. They then said the very next morning they had turned up.. They arrived during the week of that email. They were fine when they arrived but no letter inside apologising about how long it took them.

As you know, unfortunately the prescription was entered incorrectly on the website when placing your order which led to the lenses being wrong. When returning your glasses for correction, there was a delay with Royal Mail delivering them back to us. Marketing an item for which there is no stock and no chance of getting further stock. Continued to market the product. Would have been a very poor rating but I was informed and communicated to.
