“Andy and Adam at Newlenses are not only true gentlemen, they are very very good at what they do. Consequently, thanks to them, dealing with Newlenses has been an easy, pleasurable and extremely efficient experience. I have had pretty poor service from one of the High Street chains on Upper Street for the past four years or so - overpriced and error prone, somewhat negative staff. Newlenses have been a breath of Fresh Air, simply brilliant. Five out of Five Star service, highly recommended.”

“Really pleased with service and new lenses - breathed life into a twenty-year old pair of glasses with an updated prescription and they're like new. Excellent value for money. One thing I would say is it would be useful to have more instruction on how to upload new prescriptions both up front and once ordered (prominent instructions on the final order page or in the confirmation mail?) - this put me off clicking Confirm for a long time as there was no obvious explanation on how to do it. This may be losing you customers. As for the swift service, price and outcome though, can't fault it. Ta very much.”

“Absolutely first class from start to finish. Boots quoted just over £500 for 1 pair albeit with new frames all done with Newlenses for £137.00 and used the perfectly good old frames. Have another pair to do after Christmas. 2 new pairs of glasses for less than the Boots price of 1 pair!!”

“Very pleased with service received . On the application form ,somehow, I purchased single vision lenses as well as varifocal. Much the same as selling an items on Ebay, The computer only accepts certain inputs.”

“I had a new prescription following my eye test so decided to get some frames online because the in store opticians prices were quite high. I sent the frames with my new prescription to Newlenses.co.uk using their re glazing service. Everything worked like a well oiled machine with updates given on progress keeping me informed of progress. I would certainly use this service again and have already recommended this company to some of my friends. All in all I am very satisfied with the service and professional attitude of this company.”

“I chose to have my own frames reglazed. The whole process was straight forward and I posted my glasses off with ease and received them a few days later. Very happy. I will use you guys again, my husband wants some doing now too!”
