“Since starting to opt for using short stay airport car park we are so impressed with this service. Previously we always used your main car park but this is so much easier. We have recommended it to family & friends who all now use this option and are very impressed. We will definitely be using it again soon as we fly fron Newcastle at least 6 times a year.”

“After using your company for many years I cannot fault the service, but, due to growth and new management the personal touch has gone. This time when we got picked up the woman who picked us up never even spoke to say hello or bye we have never experienced this before because drivers are usually very pleasant and chatty without being overbearing. It would not stop me using you again but I think good customer service skills are essential to any company so it is definitely something which needs attention with this particular employee.”

“A regular user of this car park.(6 - 8 times a year) Upon arrival at reception-Staff always know, instantly, who I am, and have my car details to hand. Processing is easy and staff are very polite and helpful. Transfer to airport drop off point is fast,friendly and efficient. On return, key is returned quickly and car is where they say it is! A service I will use again and again. Can only say first class service and one I will use again and again [plus it is good value for money as the park is monitored and secure? customer service is first class. B.,Coulson”
