“We have used park & fly many times and the service has always been very good. However on this occasion the van was not waiting for us on our return as usual. In fact we and others waited almost 10 minutes and the airport was not even busy. Is this because you are going to bellair as well? No apology or explanation eIther. This has made us consider using your service in the future.”

“We always use Park&Fly when we fly from Newcastle, never had any problems. Staff are always friendly and courteous. we will continue to use Newcastle Park&Fly and would definitely recommend to other travellers.”

“Arrived very early morning greeted courtiously by very pleasant staff who already expected my arrival. Transferred very quickly to airport departures. On return, picked up again by transfer bus returned to car park, picked up keys, collected car and returned home. I do not have any qualms whatsoever and will be using your facilities when I depart again from Newcastle. Please commend your staff & pass on our comments. Thanks Again, John H”

“My wife is slightly disabled and has difficulty with high steps. On arrival at the car park we found that the vehicle which conveyed us to the car park had a very high step and we had to ask for a portable step to help her to enter the vehicle. The female driver of the vehicle, however, did not have the common sense to take the portable step with her with the result that my wife had great difficulty getting out of the vehicle at the airport. The same thing on our return. No portable step with the vehicle. Surely you should use vehicles which are easily entered. Ther must be many other disabled customers who should be given consideration.”
